The location of the hotel. The shopping malls, restaurants are very accessible. Plus, it has a big pool that my kids love.

Hassle free check in and check out. - Rooms were very clean and basic toiletries were provided. - Great location, near SM Bacolod and Manokan Country. - Breakfast was okay. The room that we got didn't have free breakfast so we paid an additional 375 per person for their breakfast buffet. Options were limited so we only had breakfast at the hotel for 1 day. Love their brewed coffee, no sour aftertaste.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was hassle-free. Since it is a family trip, it warmed our hearts that the staff helped the best that they could even when there was a problem initially with our booking.

We got the Executive suite and it was for my birthday. We love the room because it’s really big, spacious and it has a bath tub. The staff were very accommodating and attentive to our needs. The bucket of ice is free and there’s a complimentary coffee as well. I would recommend this place:) Excellent customer service, keep it up!

Breakfast was nameet-delicious the location was so nice and peaceful. I enjoyed swimming in the pool and chatting with the pool staff which were awesome!

Always amazing staff. Please keep the teriyaki rice bowl on the menu, delicious. I've tried almost every item on the menu, and tjis was one of the best yet
